I called Stuart Rose after my air conditioner did not turn on. I got an appointment the same day I called. Steve, the technician, arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and let me watch over his shoulder as he was troubleshooting. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Great job Steve!

STEVE WAS TERIFIC! Had a great experience with Steve of Stuart Rose. He checked out our AC, wich another company said needed to be replaced, and let me know there was a way to get another 3 or 4 years out of it. His fix worked, house was cold within an hour, and I saved a ton of money by not having to replace.
